Sounds like her message is doormat to me. And why I can’t agree with her. Realize that the role of teacher, nurturer and companion can be on the dark side of the spectrum, and if it’s on that side then those roles are backwards. Twisted mommy care to put it more specifically. That keeps men and women in a state of dependency that they should have outgrown in the childhood. It is not women’s role to keep men in the cradle.
@rhameseshamilton8045
@rhameseshamilton8045 3 жыл бұрын
@@HappyBeeTV-BeeHappy As women aren't you the one who nurtures and caretakes? Is that not your nature? The roles have been deconstructed and reversed and so many black women wonder why they can't keep(not find) a relationship.
@HappyBeeTV-BeeHappy
@HappyBeeTV-BeeHappy 3 жыл бұрын
@@rhameseshamilton8045 Yes. That is women’s nature. But what I tried to point out is that women’s nature can flow backwards or in reverse to the universe. A thing that I call twisted mommy care. Where women’s caretaking maintains dependency. In all reasonableness, life on earth can’t be as hard and baneful as it is and has been for thousands of years and counting bcuz dependent mindedness is the right way to live.

This is what a Strong Woman actually looks like
@Bearme73
@Bearme73 Жыл бұрын
Add beautiful...the strength of a women is in her femininity which can increase over time. A women's femininity neutralizes a man's masculinity and brings out the best in him. She is more beautiful and impactful now then she was in the early 90s. Yes, her outward facade has faded but her beauty radiates more than ever.

Luckily, I am a natural cook. However, I feel you on the “mothers”. I’m in my mid 20s and my “mother” didn’t teach me shit. Once I was a teenager, I told myself that I would NEVER be like her so I did everything opposite of her. I think my resentment lead to what I deem a successfully life. I am happily married, financially literate, peaceful, in therapy, and I make sure I teach my daughter things I wish someone would of taught me. I am still learning to this day. I’m grateful for platforms like this. I am more understanding when it comes to my place as a woman. I find myself lucky I didn’t get lost in the sauce like other women with similar upbringing.

Read books on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. And toss this list out, its a solid recipe to develop ocd. Discipline is the act of developing habits on the pathway to achieving a goal. So you can't just use "discipline". You use habits and goals. And if the person can't list the specific habits you need or the goals and modus operandi. Then it's just a hustle.

@Camille Bogle No one is saying single mothers are bad people. It is just that when we are dating as Men, we prefer younger women without kids. Kids are a huge liability and it’s a huge burden for a man to raise someone else’s kids. It’s not natural as a man to take care of some other dude’s seed (DNA). We prefer to have our own kids someday if needed.

Shaharazad Ali has always been consistent in her message. She never veered left or right; she only focused on modesty and virtue with MEN at the head of every relationship and household. If you look at any successful society, they all submit to the strength, authority, and wisdom of their MEN. Societal decline starts with subjugating men and creating a void in leadership. Any society that does not have its men as is decision makers, leaders, and teachers is doomed to fall due to ignorance, amoral behavior, and lack of protection (through prevention and intervention).

Not true in my opinion. Any society that doesn’t have balance and dosent find worth in their women or men will fail. Look at Iraq and most places that the men are the leaders. The women are getting treated less than dogs getting their vagina chopped off and sewn shut, can’t drive, have to cover themselves full but still getting raped. The world is out of balance in my opinion. People need to see the worth in each other we were clearly both here for a reason.

Mannnnnnn I thought I was crazy for thinking this way and really focusing on raising my daughters to be ok with be modest or traditional. Society is so lost these days I pray the guiding light continues to help us while we're still here. Our children male and female don't know the basics it's sad

She had me going up until she started whining about white women. White folk aren't sitting around constantly thinking about ways to damage black folk like some of yall seem to think. Time spent worrying about a nonexistent threat is time wasted.
