She hit the nail right on the head about the working and money issues with black men and women. White men purposely keep black men out of prominent positions in the workplace while promoting black women and people of other races at the same time. The average black woman is too fascinated and blinded by material gain to understand this concept. I'm grateful that she shined a light on that issue.

1. Nothing is ever their fault, never taking responsibility to their own behavior. 2. Nothing you do is ever good enough. 3. Issues in a relationship will never be resolved, no matter what, they never learn from their past. 4. Being unable to respect or accept other perspectives and acts as if you’re trying to forced them to do so. 5.takes every word and everything you say personally, so no talking about past, present or future issues. 6. They do not believe or accept apologies. And will not offer any. 7. They do not allow or forgive mistakes and will plan to get even on you. 8. Will never understand you have needs and nor do they care, if you ain’t talking about them, you ain’t talking about nothing. 9. Never get concepts like respect, trust or love, a compulsive liar and will cheat whenever the situation arrives, uncontrollably need to be validated and center of attention. 10. They will never change or adapt even when they fail. Because of #1 it’s never their fault.

Brothers, good black women are not obsolete. Any black woman or black man that says either is obsolete is not for black liberation. Black liberation involves protecting and creating the black family!! The day we give up on each other is the day the black race will cease to exist. How can you give up on your own race!
