Some haters like usual...Shakira has a different voice and some may not like it and that is fine. However, She can sing and sings live. Some other "singers" that come to mind rarely sing live and when they do, it has a bunch of effects. Shakira is awesome and one of kind! She truly does bring people all over the World Together!

+Jr Med You have no idea, she was donating her time at a School in Barranquilla, helping kids with homework etc, way before she got famous. Started her foundation in Colombia when she was 18 years old, and now has six Mega Schools and several educational centers there. So, many kids today are able to get education now, some have graduated and went on to College and now have careers. That is what I see, those are results..the rest you are talking about is noting but hate. see ya.
