It is Pakistan-China understanding, India does not need to worry about it. As per article 6 of agreement its a temporary arrangement until Kashmir issue is resolved. The United Nations also does not consider Indian claim as legally valid. India always has expansion plans....After capturing Siachen they want to occupy all maintains including k2, G1 as well as whole Gilgit-Baltistan. But their plan will fail. IA. Kargil was response of Siachen what India illegally captured.
