Howard has lost some weight lately,keep working out Howard just don't let then make you wear them jumpsuits that you use to wear in Shalamar,especially the red catsuit you wore on Soul Train in 1979.

I like Jody as much as anyone but after seeing this & Shalamar Reloaded, I can honestly say that I would enjoy seeing both versions. This Shalamar was a little more laid back but I can't see where tony howard could say that the performance was shit. I've been to worse concerts where the openers were better than the headliners (not gonna throw anyone under the bus either!). In comparison, Shalamar Reloaded-- Original singer, still sounds good but voice not as strong as it used to be. PLUS side...2 young, visually appealing bros. for the ladies who dance well. Shalamar-- 2 original members, voices a little weaker but sounds ok. PLUS side... Eye candy Caroline Griffey, sounds ok. To be definitive about either, you need to attend several of each groups performances. Too many factors can influence sound & performances like mike probs, weather (if outdoors), humidity (if indoors)too dry & voices crack, too humid & voices get raspy, building accoustics, sound tech fatigue or distracted, performer fatigue, emotional state, etc. I saw Unsung too! What Howard (particularly) did to Jody wasn't cool but he didn't do anything to me so I can't be mad at him. As the saying goes, "I don't have a horse in that race." Furthemore, I've seen acts where they sound bad one time but the next time they showed, they sound great. Ain't gonna bash nobody unless they cheated me. Case in point, last year I went to a comedy club to see one of my favorite comedians. Expected a good show. He came out drunk, started rambling, timing of the jokes were off. Bad experience for me ( cost me $100 for 2 tickets too!) When he comes again later this year, I'm going again but if he's bad again THEN I'll say he's wack! If you like one or the other support them but don't make what went down between them be a personal issue for you unless, "You got a horse in the race."

This shit is whacked but what should I expect, so this video clip of your performance inspired me to write a little poem on this lineup. Carolyn can't stop grinning at Howard's triple chins and the fact Jeffrey has no money to spend, and Howard's used his on cocaine smoke and can't spell and there's no Blu' Cantrell all the while SRL keeps it moving without throwing shade. Flat notes Jeffrey dare a lead song you'll never sing we'll never hear your registered NO sound, because you're to busy trying to steal Michale Jackson's crown which is cool because SRL forever will be around. Your back-bitting and throwing shade won't last forever 'cause in your shady days and shady nights you should find the light spite of Howard's bald spot leaves a blinding light. Thirsty Griffey's singing sounds like when a Hen marches, her bad brow job is no Golden arches, and her wrinkly face reminds me of 'Man vs Martians.' Shalamar is a name I haven't forgotten, though the music industry has, y'all may be shade queens, but your cloud has past just like your style, relevancy and fame. The words I speak are very right, y'all can't shade SRL 'cause they're always in the spotlight!
