In this episode I am following the Orange river again, but this time, on the Namibian side. Again, I see people digging for diamonds everywhere. Sometimes there are large mining operations and sometimes just a few tents on the side of the road and small diggings. But everybody here is looking for diamonds!

I follow several motorcycle vlogs on KZbin and Itchy Boots has by far the best photography and amazing content, of any of them. It is also true to say that Noraly, is the only one that I have watched every single episode in the 5 series from start to finish and sometimes, more than once. Simply the BEST thing on KZbin. Total respect for her courage and outlook on life.

I like the trusty purring of the little 250cc in those lonely roads and rugged, desolate places. Safe journey, Noraly aka Itchy Boots.

Hi Noraly. There is a poem by Robert Frost, called The Road not taken. The sentence that, I think, applies perfectly to you is, "Two roads diverged in a wood, and I, I took the one less travelled". A wood or a desert, I think applies equally. Stay safe Noraly.

Namibia is just wonderful. So far I have travelled all these roads Noraly has done so far...not on a bike of course but in my LandCruiser ....so I am just enjoying the travel again...watching out to see if she will see the same things I saw....or stay at the same places....although I normally wild camp.

No wonder you're shattered after that long ride. You need to eat, kid! (as my grandmother would say) Have the innkeepers make you a packed lunch. Stunning scenery and great footage as always.

Agree. What if you get a puncture or something like that, you need the energy. Hope she's got energy bars for such situations
