Iv transitioned 10 years ago But made a point to go through therapy before making a permanent change ... humans are in nature always trying to sooth uncomfortable feeling but if there is no other way to feel better u then can make that decision. I kno alot of ppl who regret transitioning but for me I'm a healthy happier person as a whole
