I think what she's implying in this comment is that her clothes look quite old and worn out a bit. Also she keeps fixing it shows she isn't so comfortable. I noticed the same. Her shirt is baggy and dirty if you watch it closely. As her father he needs to look after her and notice these things, she's alone it doesn't look like Froggy cares anyways.
