What is the first thing he says in this video? Stick em? Stick it? Sticking? I know what it means in boxing but what is the EXACT phrase he uses at the beginning of the video. I'm doing a project on him and it'd help to have the exact words he uses. I thought maybe you might know. I hope you or sombody can help me. Muhammad ali is my hero. RIP champ.

Ali had so much finesse. The way he moved in the ring was beautiful. In boxing they always teach you to keep your hands up, in a guard. Ali was so good that he didn't need a guard, he could pick his spots and execute with such precision and power, it was unbelievable. In his prime, NO ONE could touch him. Its like he was toying with his opponents before and finished them off whenever he felt like it. Hands down, the greatest athlete to ever live.

This is probably the only fight Ali has ever trained 90% for , he breezed most out of them out of sheer talent, can tell he wanted this bad, whooped him... out-powered him in every way, he could've dropped him earlier ... Proved a point ;)

As far as the discussion with weight training goes, Ali did not really need it. His game was 1) be elusive 2) hit from the outside 3) when someone gets inside, wrap them up until the ref separates and then repeat 1 and 2. Weights would have been crucial for inside fighting. But boxing rules mandated the refs separate the fighters once one ties the other up. So no need, really, for weights for Ali

People tend to forget that Ali was in his prime in the 60's and already had a full career (for the most part) and an exile from the ring for four years! He beat some of the most menacing Heavyweights of all time in the 70's, using smarts and ring generalship and a fraction of the skill level he once had. He wasn't nearly as fast or hit as hard, but knew how to do what he had to, to get the job done. And was NEVER knocked out by anyone!

@Some1cracker1 I read a book by frazier and it was a real wake up call... Frazier stated that many of the old great heavyweights never used weights..what they used was there own body weight. This meaning any type of excersice that uses your own body weight, pushups , body squats, pull ups, chin ups, medicin ball regimes, plyometrics etc. Even things like tire flips , hammer throws , rope excercises were all very essential. Ive incoprporated alot of these into my everyday workouts.

@wachthis00 Mike didn't lift weights before he went to prison, and that's a solid fact. Kevin Rooney has stated in numerous interviews that Mike never touched weights when he was training under him. There's also a documentary where Tyson himself is interviewed about old heavyweights and in the end the interviewer tells him about Bruno and his training methods and asks if Tyson also do weight training which he responds to ''I just dont give in to weights, I like to run, do calesthenics and box''
