that is so annoying when someone excuses a point of view by saying well he's a 61 year old man well I can then say your a young female who has not experienced enough life to be able to have an opinion. If you don't want to have your points dismissed because you are young, or female, or black or Canadian or whatever. Try not to excuse someone else's opinion based on those things as well. I think you have valid points and I don't dismiss you. Don't devalue someone else for any reason including the fact they are older than you. Getting better at interviewing every show Sara .
