@@markhunt7434It seems the Penske policy is that if you’re not directly competing against the team, it’s fair game. Scott has run LMP2 in the past, but Penske didn’t have an entry in that class. A P91 start is off the table, because that would be in direct competition with Penske’s Cup series team. (And for that matter, I wouldn’t expect him to make a start even in a Penske car in Cup, because of the manufacturer affiliations in both series not lining up.)
