Got an S10 last year, bought a Freo X during the BF sales. Very happy with them over our Roomba/Braava combo, particularly since the latter has no tolerance for going over the smallest rail. Planning on giving the S10 to a friend.

It was interesting that they put all the robot vacuum companies so close together this year, perhaps next year Narwal will also have an arm attachment

I kind of hope they don't... I sort of think the whole robot arm thing is a little gimmicky. I'd be a bit surprised to see any of that actually hit the market. I'd rather just have a robot vacuum/mop that actually excels at vacuuming and mopping.

Love it. This is the year I’m getting a robo vac/mop. Probably one of these, the SwitchBot S10 was top on the list, but with a better auto water cleaning option and the roller mop brush they may have moved into first as those were the only two features keeping me with the S10. Curious if their roller auto cleans as it mops though?

Yes, it does. The on-board dual water tanks simultaneously apply fresh water and extract dirty water as it mops.

I can’t understand how people seem to like Narwal. We had nothing but issues with customer service and the products not working, such a robot vac/mop not even being able to map our home, when 2 others we have had no issues.

the vacuum part here is sus to me. unless you can prove it can replace mt light weight oreck, and my my small shop vac and small electic vac, and my maid.

CES 2025 and your first video is about one (obviously sponsored) company? I'm only guessing but most people who can't be there want to see all the cool new tech from multiple companies? Disappointing when I have to go outside my subscription channels to learn about CES 2025. I get it, love to have someone pay for your trip but what about the people who make your channel?

I am making a CES roundup video for everyone, just as I always do. Those are very difficult to edit, especially while traveling, and take a lot of time. I always post them by the end of the week of CES. So hang in there… it’s coming!
