I worked at McDonald’s for 2 years, and can confirm you can order your nuggets in your preferred shape. The district manager of my store actually had an irrational fear of the boot shaped nuggets, he thought they looked like chicken beaks and wouldn’t eat them , so he’d request all round nuggets. It’s annoying but the employees will do it !

Shane, as a former member of the Taco Bell family, yes, you can have any burrito grilled. You can add whatever you want and if you ask, they’ll pack the ingredients into separate containers (had multiple people ask this, don’t ask why cause I have no clue only thing I’ll say is ask for this when inside) but about the Cinnabon delights, you can’t have those grilled, they’re made in batches by being deep fried (in the same yummy oil as the Gordita/chalupa shells and the chips) tossed in the cinna-sugar and placed in a warm rack with the hard shell tacos above the make line ❤ love you
