Variety's Jazz Tangcay moderates a conversation with the creative team behind SHANG-CHI AND THE LEGEND OF THE TEN RINGS - Jonathan Schwartz, p.g.a. (Producer), Destin Daniel Cretton (Director & Writer), Simu Liu (Shang-Chi), Tony Leung (Xu Wenwu), Meng’er Zhang (Xialing), Sue Chan (Production Designer), Kym Barrett (Costume Designer) and Anderson Paak (Musician and Lyricist).
SHANG-CHI AND THE LEGEND OF THE TEN RINGS is a superhero film based on Marvel Comics featuring the character Shang-Chi. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is the 25th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film had its premiere in August 2021 and was released in the United States in September 2021.

My eyes were just fixated on the bottom middle window throughout the whole thing. PS. I loled at the part where people were like "where did you find this man Tony Leung"...

I like how Simu praised Tony, prob knowing he is a shy guy and won’t make a lot of self-promotion but Simu told him first hand how people love his performance in the film.

I’ve been watching Tony Leung since the 80’s when I was a child. One of the reasons why I had to watch Shang Chi. Had to support! He was, of course, very handsome in his youth. But he is aging gracefully. Great seeing new faces in this movie. I loved it! I actually want to watch it a 2nd time. Loved the music, too! Enjoyed this panel discussion. 🙌♥️
