I'm right with you, I do the LCO method. I feel like it just works better in that order for low porosity
@cmg79677 жыл бұрын
XOXO SHEBA agreed! I'm low porosity as well and LCO method always works best for me too. My hair retains the moisture from the cream once I seal it in with the oil. Generally JBCO is my best sealing oil- this method leaves me shiny and moisturized for days!!!!
@TheSomethingnew18 жыл бұрын
I don't co-wash either. My scalp just doesn't feel clean enough afterwards. Never got the hype about it. I just deep condition to put back what the shampoo stripped. I use Cream of Nature as well. That's the OG shampoo.

I haven't gone to a salon in over 10 years - if there's any trimming to be done it's going to be under my control only! I've had some bad disasters in the past where I ended up with an ear length bob, no thank you. I have butt length hair and wanting to keep it that way. I trim every 4 months as well, because 2 inches past butt length is more than I can take. LOL.

Yes I have LP hair as well! I literally do the same thing you do! I deep condition 1once a week and moisturize about 3x to 4x a week. Add water about 5x a week or daily!

My regimen is pretty much the same except I don't use a leave in. Tried the leave in you use and it was way to perfumed but I liked the way my hair felt. For moisturizer I use qhemet biologics its sooo good. I don't have to moisture for days after. I love grape seed oil. I have low porosity hair as well so co-washing is a no for me as well.

I don't pre-poo or co-wash either, no time, no desire & I really don't see the need. I *always* deep condition, that really is essential. And I use avocado oil along with my dc under a heat cap (hothead). Love that Cantu curling cream & their argan leave in.

Same for me🙋...co-washing =buildup for me as well 😕
@Eka__div8 жыл бұрын
That cowashing part hit me so hard. My hair gets buildup so easily, so yesterday I thought I would cowash it. Ot was a nightmare and the conditioner would not rinse out(I tried about 5 times) even though the only product I had on my hair was shea butter and gel from one twist out. I ended up shampooing after almost an hour of frustration. Never again will I cowash and I probably have to start shampooing weekly. Great video!

@supernovastardust22618 жыл бұрын
mature doesn't necessarily mean old. It usually means wiser or more knowledgeable, and you don't have to not be mature to not want waist length hair. It's a common goal for little girls and women alike in a world where the longest weave is appraised (depending on the person). But, if you don't desire waist length hair anymore, then that's great for you! Now you have more time to focus on other stuff😂😂😂

Shampoo Deep Treatment mask Leave in Curling Cream Oil and Styling Gel for edges I assume? I want try out the products you mentioned 'cause I wanna go natural but I am am absolute noob. I've been weaving and box braiding for the last 1,5 year and trying to do nothing to my hair at all, I think I do have heat damage from my previois weave which was a leave out however for rhe rest I've done nothing to my hair. Is that a bad thing or would you recommend for me to cut all of my hair? Sorry for the long comment, bye now~
@tiaterranique55777 жыл бұрын
Yui you should just cut all the relaxed hairs off it only causes more breakage and you may not be able to retain length. Also stay away from the sew ins that have leave outs.

Hello.. 1) Is there need to use a wash out conditioner then follow up with a deep conditioner? Or should i just stick to DC only? 2) Do you use a hair steamer when deep conditioning? Is it really necessary for low porosity hair?
@MiVidaBellisima7 жыл бұрын
Anne Wawira i personally think deep conditioner is just a strong conditioner so no point in doing both. i put it in, tie a grocery bag around my head, or shower cap, whoch traps the natural heat coming out of my head and after an hour or whenever i feel like it i wash it out.

@faithalaith38 жыл бұрын
I know this comment is old, but yes there is. Things that are labeled 'co-wash' are conditioners with cleansing agents in them to help with build up. Using regular conditioner won't get it as clean because they don't have cleansing agents in them and they're just regular.
