You can definitely tell how gear 5 is influencing luffys other gears luffy didn’t even have to do the whole gear 4 pose and bit his arm he can literally just blow air into any part of his body and also his King Kong gun did Luffy just add more air because usually he has to bit his arm agian to inflate it even more?
