Freestyle was mostly pioneered by Latin people. Mostly, the 🇵🇷 community in the early 80s. All I know is me and my crew of Italian/Puertorican brothers would be pumping Freestyle in our Camaros and cutlass', cruising Bell Blvd. Franie Lou and Rt 231 aka DPA. Yes, the stereo type is very true. Lol

I know it's strange but this song always makes me think of a small earthquake I experienced in 1986 in Goleta, California. I had my stereo blasting and I remember this song playing.
