OMG, the guy talks and sounds like a professor, of course I slightly exaugurated, but I honestly thought the guy with such an extensive professional fighting resume would sound like a walking CTE, that we as fans seen time and time again in other fighters, unfortunately. And not just the way he sounds, I'm impressed with how he carries himself in this interview, showed intelligence, wit, overall a very pleasant impression. I currently fast 12 or 24hrs for the past 2months everyday like Ramapage, best shape of my life as well. No sugar. Very low carb. High protein. In my experience fasting with no carbs and sugar was easier because it curbs your appetite but my energy was trash after a few months, plus i looked like a zombie in the face and got too lean, fasting eating normal felt better but boy was i hungry lol didnt last nearly as long.
