Namaskaram. I am your fan and watch your receipes and doing at home. Altimate is our Iyengar Puliyotharai. Several times done after your show. I did the same with other chef and people like you said. Finally I stand by your making. Day before yesterday also I did. When I tried for the first time it was mid night for my daughter who is leave in the morning. All where surprised to see my cooking without anyone help that to all were sleeping did it. My pranams to you and best wishes for your grandson. I will try this sambar soon.
