You reminded me of a movie called “The Great Shaolin” when Wuxiang (Cheng Wendao) cured the 18 bronze man who are in prisoned in the ice cave for 10 years. He practiced this technique of bone marrow cleansing. Thank you for this video, this is what I’m looking for.

Firstly I am happy because I can learn tai chi free from your chanel and I thank you! :)) Secondly I have a question: When I make this form of tai chi in lotus position I feel a pain in my knees and in my foot eggs ( if I can say so). Is it normal for the beginning? I didn't make lotus position and now, when I do it I feel pain. If I do it standing up all it's good, but I want to do this form of tai chi in lotus position.

In general, when the hands move toward the body you are inhaling. When you exhale the hands are moving away from the body. This is basic simple instruction. The most important practice is baby breathing. Once you have mastered this you can, if you choose, move onto reverse breathing. But reverse breathing is not necessary for spiritual development, it is useful for the martial aspects of kung-fu, but again not a requirement. For the practice of bone marrow washing what is required is the balance of kan and li. Water and fire channel. And lastly, the original essence. For those seeking Buddhahood the original essence must be stored up with secondary chi. You will not achieve enlightenment while clinging to the world. This is a deep and very serious practice. With ten years of strict celibacy you have a better chance. Lastly practice your chi kung in silence for best results. Good luck. Laoshr #60 Ching Yi Kung Fu Association
