Master Shi Heng Yi changed my life completely. Through youtube videos I practice with master every morning; it not only improved my body but balanced my mental and emotional state of mind as well. If, by any reason, I can't practice Qi Gong, it feels that something is missing in my life. Thanks to him, I have learned how to walk in kindness with myself and others. I have no words to express my gratitude to his mission. Thank you, wholeheartedly, Judita.

It is darkest before the light, and the light is coming. Our species is awakening. Now we answer the question. Earth is a single, living, conscious, sentient being. This is the turning point, and it is up to me, personally, how I live this life that has been given to me, each immeasurable moment at a time.

It’s really interesting to note how Master Shi Heng Yi is very deliberate and intentional with his words, the efficiency and precision of his language is something worth incorporating in our lives, also the initial slight pause before he speaks which suggests he actively listens when another is speaking and speaks in a considered and thoughtful way and not in a reactionary fashion as is the norm nowadays. The interplay of Buddhist philosophy and modern day life is perfectly exemplified here. I’m retraining as a Psychotherapist, and also in a phase of great change both from a personal/professional point of view in my life and his words are always a source of great wisdom. Great interview ❤

I'm beyond thankful for the wisdom to observe the pain, understand the sensation, then release it by pairing it with the opposite sensation. "Interplay," as he says. I've been learning how to feel my emotions and release trauma in the body. Reading books like The Body Keeps The Score to help. Which also lists movement as vital. But the distinction here to balance these sensations clicked for me. Thank you kindly for the thoughtful interview questions and to the interviewee. I love that the whole video is posted alongside smaller bits of information. Well done.

I am currently struggling with mental health and when i found this video a lot of what he was covering is exactly what im working on with my therapist to build my self confidence and not letting my anxiety and fear prevent me from living life or taking chances because of the uncertainty of that choice or where it may lead ect... also breaking habits that were making things worse. Such as staying inside, not socializing with anyone, staying in bed, overall neglecting myself. Now after taking the action and facing that fear of uncertainty has changed my life. Im in pursuit now of becoming a tattoo artist and not letting my anxiety or fear dictate my life anymore and just be confident in pursuit of something i genuinely what to pursue.

What about you? Mr.Shi Heng Yi. I imagine that on your journey with all the people you encounter as teacher, that some times , sometimes it would be nice to speak with someone who understands you or at lest makes space for you to express the other aspects of your being. Without having to explain yourself all the time. Or always have to monitor everything you do so that you can provide your disciples with an environment that best suits their growth as well as maintaining respect in the public eye so that you give your best representation of yourself and of the Temple. I would imagine that one would feel lonely sometimes. If so, how do handle those moments.

Half dark half light you can see it even in the thumbnail of the master. We are always in a struggle like a snake chasing it's tail it never stops. All we can do is convince our dark side that light is right and always wins. Math proves this by truth in equations. Make your dark side see it's a losing battle and become equals not opposing forces this is balance. Never trying to overcome but to reach an understanding. Throughout the day each side will have its chance to make decisions agreeing on these decisions is key.

What can I do when I have a condition called chronic pain syndrome or central sensitisation that is wind up in its nature and I have been working on it over twenty five years to get better and it has only got worse to the point where I am crippled by it. It is not like I can just go and exercise. I cannot work and as a result I have no money and it is only a matter of time until I am homeless and I just want to give up now after being so resilient so long I have nothing left in the tank. I have not been able to find the energy or the willpower or the motivation to do anything about it. I guess you could say I have almost given up hope. I am hanging in there though because I believe there must be a way out of this I just do not know what it is.
