Uses for graminoids include food (as grain, sprouted grain, shoots or rhizomes), drink (beer, whisky), pasture for livestock, thatching thatch, paper, fuel, clothing, insulation, construction, sports turf, basket weaving and many others. A common kind of grass is used to cover the ground in places such as lawns and parks. Grass is usually the color green. That is because they are wind-pollinated rather than insect-pollinated, so they do not have to attract insects. Green is the best colour for photosynthesis.

Me at 4 AM sitting at my bed, eating hot Cheetos, thinking IM not worthless, and I see this guy I’m worthless
@savvivixen84908 ай бұрын
No, you're worth it. Those monks, however they ended up there, have a daily routine an mentors/peers to keep them accountable. Part of what they train for is also discipline (which is also literally an aspect of Buddhism), so it's not something that's necessarily inherent. It may be a challenge to mimic their lifestyle 1:1, but there's no harm in taking little lessons away from them bit by bit. Not all at once, just one aspect at a time. For example, instead of Cheetohs at 4am, try popcorn at 4am (any flavor, no butter). Or keep the Cheetohs, but go to bed at 10:30pm consistently. And don't forget to drink water! You're worth the effort! Good luck on your journey! ✌🏿
