I’ve only just discovered your channel, well done. Beautiful work. In regards to the sore elbows, a lot older folk are finding relief by removing all grains from their diet. A Keto diet will do all sorts of things like balance your weight, fix your high blood pressure and relieve arthritis. And it’s all on KZbin.

I would love to have the tools and space to do this stuff. I live in an apartment and have a beltsander and drill press that I can use outside . I make simple puukkos and scandi bushcraft projects using blanks. It's fun bringing a handle to life , it changes everything when you can make a handle like ya want. These knives are beautiful, I'll never own one but I totally understand why they are hard to get. There is alot of work pit into a basic hobby knife let alone the full real deal. Respect 🙏

Beautiful work Sandy. I always learn something watching your knife making videos. I am always amazed by how much dust I can produce in my shop. When I get to my second grit hand sanding, I use a butcher block oil with bees wax in it to help the process. Been doing it so long I don't know if it was to help keep the dust down or to speed the process a little. I know it makes the job a little easier at that stage for me. You make beautiful knives Sandy. Hard to find good hand work in the current world we live in.

Categorically food will be main culprit. Avoid seed oils, sugar, processed food, refined carbs etc. A highly carnivorous diet solves a huge amount of ailments not least auto immune/inflammation issues. I developed pain in my elbows post first round of Covid in 2020 and it lasted 8 months of barely being able to lift things. On top of this I have Ulcerative Colitis for years a highly inflammatory condition. Keeping the above foods out of my diet and being highly carnivorous, raw dairy (butter and milk), eggs, fruit and nuts not only resolved the issues but also lowered my cholesterol!
@philipdunn7538 Жыл бұрын
Be careful of fruit. It has fructose which is only processed via your liver. That can lead to insulin resistance within the liver which leads to T2D and cause non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Botanists created most of the fruits we have today. Fatty meat on the other hand is non inflammatory, nutrient dense ancestral appropriate. 😎💪
