I visited this project few days back. They are just selling it on the name of shapurji. The project is way too dense like affordable housing. If someone is willing to pay 1.3 cr for a 2 bhk then spend 10-15 lakhs more and invest your money in sobha city sec 108. They have around 1550 apartments in a land of 39 acres. While shapurji has 1500 apartments within 18 acres.

Sector 102 is bit on costlier side….. plus prices were set by market 😊… the company launched same 2bhk at 80 lakhs which is now 1.35 lakh… It’s the market which have given the premium to this project No direct connectivity to NH8 from Sobha, it’s a sector near village and najabhgarh drain… it is winning in terms of density only 😇…. Also the flat is RAW … no smart features …. Small and thin balconies and small kitchen

60lacs tak iska budget hai to sahi hai But 1cr or more then waste of money 1cr ki baatein to aise hoti hain jaise bhaut chota sa amount ho Aur kuch nhi sirf walls khdi karke de dete hain aur fir uspe hum log 10lacs aur lgaein Fir lifetime maintenance bhi do Mzaaq bna rakha hai ghar ka Itne rates bolte hain jaise sabke pas 1cr rs pde hon
