1. It's the freaking Bucks Home court 2. Giannis just broke the franchise scoring record on a team that had Kareem, and Oscar Robertson, Ray Allen, Red... He scored 64 for God's sake. LeBron's career record after 21 seasons is 61. Do you realize how great that is? And the excuse is "Our rookie scored a free throw?" Really? 3. The rookie had already scored a point at his previous game against Lakers. 4. The Pacers better watch out. As the Goat MJ regularly said "...and then it became personal"

The pacers have changed to a new defense strategy. Defend the perimeter and give up the lane. Take away the 3 pt shot. Interesting strategy that has worked ok so far. So his 64 points is great but that's how they want to play but against him it may not work

He's scored 37, 41 and 64 against them this year. Indy also has to think of Embiid in the playoffs and Jokic/Davis if they make it to the Finals while using this defense. But it wastes having Turner and their defensive rating is at the bottom - worse or second worst IIRC. So it isn't working, their O is just that good. In the playoffs though? Will it work past the first round?

Weird take...the reason the Bucks bench didn't run over to the ref is because normally when someone breaks a record at home, it's a general thing that, that person gets the ball. Hence the reason they probably didn't think they had to fight for it to begin with. @@kw9377 4th is not garbage time learn basketball. The lead didn’t get up to 20 until about 5 minutes left. And Gianni’s came out the game with 58 and 4 minutes left on the clock, the reserves cut the lead to 10 with 2 minutes left so they put the starters back in to close out the game. Garbage time was like 2 minutes at best. And Giannis doesn’t play garbage time anyways so your take is invalid

There was about 3 minutes left then Pacers bench went on 11-1 run against Bucks bench and the game was a 10 point game with 1 minute left, which is not out of reach especially with how Milwaukee has been guarding the three point line. And he gives the ball to his mother as a dedication to his late father.
