Hey @rainidevi Sleep before 9 PM. Reduce your screen time. Try to wake up by 4 am and drink some warm water, after getting fresh Start doing yoga( from this channel or wherever you want ) try to finish all the work before 5.45 am and then you are ready to go to school or college. And after comming from school go for walk in evening time, this helps you in your better sleep.

Sleeping on left suppresses the heart and stops proper blood circulation which can lead to multiple organs issues hence it is advised to sleep on your right hand side 😊

one wrong think we should not keep a pillow on our face as we keep our head on it and sometimes we don't wash our head and then putting pillow on face can make having pimples and skin problem nothing else was wrong all was right and good in the video 😊 ❤️

made me sad i just got spectacles and my 2 younger sis already has it and now mee to i tried my best not to tell my parents about ut but they got to know about ut my power is -5 and my parents are also sad abouts it but not more than me so I don't wear it i hope people will embrace wearing people glasses it's isn't a bad thing ❤
