Hi everyone! So, a lot of people have asked how we will have a third baby, in a three-bedroom house. So this is a quick tour of our bedroom, which baby boy will be sharing with us for as long as possible! I hope it gives you a bit of inspiration, or you just enjoy watching! Q: How old are you?
A: I am now 30 years-old! Argh!
Q: Tell us about your family?
A: I have a son called, Bill, and I am no longer with his dad, as we split mutually when he was a baby. I never imagined my life as it is now, with children to different partners, but I am so happy it is my life. I met Mark in the summer of 2013, and we became firm friends. We fell in love when I became single and we’ve never looked back. We have a daughter, called Daisy, born April 2016, and I’m due our third baby - a boy - in March 2018!
Q: What is your job?
A: I am a trained journalist and former business magazine editor, I then moved into content creation at an agency in Manchester (where I met Mark!) and since Daisy was born, I am now a full-time KZbinr. Yes, it sounds weird to me too! I work around the kids and try my best to make it work!
Q: What camera/software/lighting/music do you use to make your videos?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X Mark II (I love it!) and I have a Neweer Ring Light. I use iMovie to edit, PicMonkey for thumbnails, and I use Epidemic Sound, BenSound and the KZbin library for music!

We built a debt free teeny 2 bedroom home, and it was fine for the 3 of us. Well, now we're expecting 😄 We do plan to extend sometime in the future and add 2 more rooms. I'm 20+ weeks along and baby will be sharing the room with us. Thank you for sharing this!

Love this! We moved from a 3 bed house to a 1 bed flat when my LB was 6 months old just to save up more money and been so hard to find inspo for shared room/nursery! I love how you’ve made the space work! And congrats on baby arriving ☺️☺️♥️

Once my youngest outgrew her Next to Me crib (which she never actually slept in!), we got a Mamas & Papas petite cot. It's the perfect size. We actually use it as a co-sleeper - took one side off and attached it to our bed! Highly recommend :)

My partner is currently living in Germany so I'm still at home with my mum for the time being, my little one is due in 6 weeks and my bedroom is tiny!!! Love this sort of thing and hope your little man is there with you soon!

We live in a small 3 bed and we have 4 little ones to squish in 🙈😂 i have no idea where Elsie is going when she is out of her little crib its such a squeeze! So exciting knowing that he is here now i cant wait for you to bring him home 💖

We have a very similar set up, i am 30 weeks pregnant at the moment and we are in a 2 bed, I have a 6 year old boy who has his own room so baby girl will be in with us, we looked around for ages to find the perfect cot and we have opted for the Mokee mini cot, it is beautiful, super cheap and just perfect in my opinion, we have chosen the teal colour with drawers underneath for extra storage, also the pocket storage solution for the side that has soooo much room in, it’s amazing, and the changing mat that you can have on top or hang on the side, I highly recommend having a look into them. How exciting that I’m watching this on Tuesday 13th and knowing that you’ve had baby and he might be coming home. You’ll be using all the gorgeous baby things you’ve prepared for him. I’m pretty sure the Ikea cot is slightly smaller than most, my sister in law used them with having twins and needing to fit two cots in. They also had a three bedroom house with six children at home at the same time, the oldest two have since moved out and the twins will be 10 next week. Lots of love and hugs, lovely. You can definitely make the space work. We managed with three kids in a two bed flat for well over a year. I did have to lose my dressing table to accommodate a compact cot (it was from Kiddicare I seem to remember) when she outgrew the Snuz but it really was fine. And then I really missed her for ages when we moved and she finally had a space of her own. x

We got a smaller than average cot from Ikea, I think it's the stuva range! Comes with drawers underneath, my little girl is 23 months & still comfortably fits in it ☺️ congratulations on the birth of your little one! Hope you're both doing well xx

We still share a room with 19 month twins..2 cots in a room much smaller than yours! We have one tiny chest of drawers which fits all our undies in and that's it... Some storage under the bed and one chest of drawers next door in the kitchen! It can be done ! Congrats on your gorgeous boy x

Hi Charlotte, long time lurker! Have loved watching your videos for a few years now :) There's is a small sized cot at Mamas and Papa's called 'Petite cot' that goes to 12 months so might be ideal for your room? I think it has a discount on it until the 18th March when I asked about it the other day in store, it's around £60 plus £20 for the mattress xx

If you look up ‘compact cot’ on asda direct website they have a Cot that is only 50cm wide by 1meter long but apparently big enough to do 18months- 2 years depending on the size of baby. I’ve bought one as intending having baby in with us a while as 2 bed house and second baby on the way 🙂. I got one with a mattress for £55 delivered in a few days too 😊.

'Compact cots' are meant to be good for small spaces, I've been looking into them for when we try for our final baby as we would be limited for space. They look nice, I just wonder how long babies would be in them for with them being smaller 🤔 x

Hey mummy to be. ASDA has a collection called Rafertty cots they have a selection of beautiful colours and each colour comes in 2 sizes (one small enough to fit in your room. Great quality and price.

Just reading comments and delighted to hear your baby boy had arrived. Hope mum& baby both well. You have plenty space for no.3. We live in a four bed and with our first we shared a room for first two years. In our bed for 8mnts then in his cot (regular size) for 2 yrs old. So lovely to wake up in the morning all together....not so great when they wake at night🤔. I'm due baby no.2 in 6 weeks time and haven't bothered getting a crib or doing a nursery. The moses basket was a pure waste of space first time around. I have set up the cot though and really want a sleepy head but can't justify the cost so hope you give us your review on that.xx

Ikea do great smaller cribs I have very limited space in my room we are in a little 2 bed terriced house my 5 year old is in the box room so our little girl has to share with us for as long as pos and we are getting one of the Ikea cots, she's currently still in her swinging crib as she's only 2m x

Move those wires away from the bedding!!!!!! The room is small but you made space for the baby to sleep, which is great. I wonder where's your changing nappies place? You don't really want to change baby on the staircase?!

We just use a changing mat laid on the floor or the bed - it's quite common amongst my friends where I live. I had a changing table last time round with my first and second babies, but never used it in the end. xx

Rachel Birchley we had that cot in our bedroom with us and my little girl was in it until she was 22 months she could have still been in it as it had enough room but she insisted on so many cuddly toys that she needed more space to fit all them excellent cot.
