Love your e-book! The pumpkin was PERFECT for Halloween and Thanksgiving! Looking forward to trying them all! For this recipe, you could put the ingredients in a metal bowl, then set the bowl on top of a pot with a cup or so of water. Make sure the water is not touching the bowl, you want just the steam to heat the ingredients. This will gently heat everything and prevent burning as well as a grainy texture. I wait until the chocolate and butter are melted to add the corn syrup, then take off the heat to add the vanilla to protect the flavor.
