Sharing Weiss, Vario & Timex Watches with a Friend ⌚⌚⌚

What is up, my watch friends?!? So, check this out… my buddy John loaned me his Casio Oceanus OCW-T3000. Now that I’ve had time to experience it, I’m getting ready to send it back, along with a bunch of my own watches for John to spend time with and enjoy. He specifically asked to check out smaller watches in my collection, so I’ve put together quite a few for him.

To answer your question about smaller watches: I have a smaller wrist, where I find 38mm to be my sweet spot. I absolutely adore my Vario Empire Autumn (salmon) handwound, similar to your white one there. My new favorite GADA is the Seiko SPB249J1 Deep Lake Alpinist. The dial is intricate and stunning, but not in your face. At 38mm and with a comfortable bracelet and nice finishing, it’s become my go to watch for most occasions. Very cool how you exchange watches with friends, allowing them to experience cool pieces from your collection 😄

I like quartz, solar power, and more tech oriented watches for everyday wear because of my job but I also like a mechanical watch for going out on the weekend 🙂

In my "collection" among others there are: a quartz homage of a Cartier Tank, must have to know (weird indeed) squares / a quartz small titanium case (37mm) field Lorus, must have grab and go titanium / a very old digital (90's!) Casio and an old Seiko 5, must have..to have! These are four easy recommendations, just because they are cheap, let's you try size /shape / movement / and maybe straps. If things go wrong not much to regret. Simple as that. Cheers Josh, be well mate. PS On the small side wrist here, can't go easily over 42, only some divers. Plain dials i prefer under 40 though, even better 38.
