Just got my first shark the uplight and I was amazed at how much dirt and pet hair it picked up of my hardwood floors and my carpet. Carpets collect a lot of dirt. I really love this vacuum

I really like this model and would like it more if it came with a floor bush. I think with a standard floor brush you could get under and around furniture on hard floors. Thanks for the great video mate.

Thank you for this review. I'm in the US and I watched this to check it out prior to buying this model. I love it! My only concern is that it will either tip over and break or that those little pop out wheels will wear out and break. But it is unbelievable otherwise! Thank you for all your videos. By the way my son is 3, obsessed with vacuums and your biggest fan!!

We have this in the U.S. as the apex uplight. I'm not too keen of the looks those retractable wheels look odd. I really do love the built in hose many stick vacs don't have that.

Hello, very good, detailed review. I would note to your point that the Zero-M "The head is not powered. That's no big deal because I can't see why you want to use the machine like this..." In another review, you use another Shark that allows the powerhead to operate to clean your steps. If the powerhead of the Uplight were to work in the same manner it would prove to be more versatile.

I just got the first generation of this model (burgundy not that pretty blue) and was hoping not to have to wade through the tiny manual to get the basics. You've given them all here as well as advanced tips as far as I'm concerned! Now I'm curious if there's a price difference between my model and yours, and whether it was an option in my area. :)

It was probably from QVC.com - I got the RoseWood color. They had blue, black, rosewood, and the burgundy color option to choose from in the US. Not sure what color options for QVC.com/UK.

We’ve just bought this exact same model and have had it for a couple of weeks now and it’s great. Except that apart from the first use, it doesn’t separate the hair from the dust anymore. It’s supposed to collect around the little cone thingie in the top of the waste container. We’ve cleaned the foam filter but it’s still not working as it should. The suction is great and it is perfect otherwise. Do you have any tips or advice?

Mine collects around the cone, when the bottom part starts to fill up. I thought hair wasn't supposed to get stuck around that cone at the top.

P M I like the e3 but I don’t want to spend over $900 but I still like the quirks of the k3 I don’t know why but I love the way that the bag is underneath and I like that sebos have the dusting brush on the wand as much as I like Miele i think sebo is better in the long run

P M this December treat myself for my birthday, I have a Miele u1 I like it but I do find it a little heavy so I only use it once in a while and I’ve been using a kenmore canister and the shark powered lift away and I like that sebo has more consumer available parts my local Miele dealer is a hour and a half away but I find the Miele paint too delacate

Looks ok but really don't like thge fact it has not switch between hard and soft floors and no control over suction level, especially when going deep pile rugs it's great to have the ability to slow the brush bar and alter suction.

Only on the older version of this vacuum cleaner. I just bought one and the design is completely different from this one. You no longer are able to connect it. I'm really very disappointed about that too. Otherwise, WOW, it's great for such a small sized cleaner!

Its good and all but will not work with pets with alot of long hair the vacuum has to be done everyday the soft brush gets a ton of hair stuck on the combs and the second brush still requires some cleaning the soft brush causes alot of problems if too much hair gets stuck on the combs it was stop both brushes and wear down the soft bush very fast

I will never own a shark i use a dyson and they are so much better than shark dyson is lighter than shark and all your videos have shark adverts pop up and to me that means shark over promoting there rubish hoovers all so shark do not use Dyson Cyclone technology witch is one of the best filtration system on the market i have seen people test shark vs dyson v6/7/8/10 and they both say dyson dose well in pick up and high reach cleaing shark is to heavy so i would recommend people use dyson over shark and it sames that Roger didnt want to say meny cons about shark as they have sponsored him to review there rubish vacuum dyson all so dont advertise there vac as much as shark do shark are to much in lieing to customers that they are better but truth be told dyson is dyson was the first vacuum to be bag less to save people money on buying bags dyson is maken future vacuum but go to a shop and test them both out your self but i bet 98% of people will buy dyson 👍

Shark gave me the cleaner to write a written review, but I was under no obligation to make any videos on KZbin. There are many 4 and 5 star reviews of Shark cleaners and they are currently the best selling brand in the USA and the fastest growing vacuum brand in the UK. They are taking many sales from Dyson and will continue to do so. I have many Dyson and Shark cleaners and they all have their pros and cons. Dyson may have a better cyclone system, but Shark have many more useful features and better performance than the majority of Dyson vacuums I own.

Dyson is nice and all, but I feel as though Shark listens to their demographic quite a bit more. Shark seems more focused on the features and usage of the vacuum, where as Dyson focuses more on the power of the vacuum itself. There will always be pros and cons to any machine, but not everyone household wants the same type of features in their machine.

Well, if I had the choice I would rather invest in the Shark. Dyson is too flimsy for double the price.. Also, I would rather go with a near-commercial grade machine like a Miele, Kirby or Rainbow and if Numatic ever decided to go with an electric power nozzle, one of those. Numatic, are you listening? Make a version of the Henry with a mains powered power nozzle! Heck, if you want to pair up with Wessel Werk, that would be ideal too.
