Ooooh! That’s just like the one I gave Verity, she still has hers and it’s still working fine, miracle! But, she does empty it after use and weekly clean out with her Hetty. How you managed to fix that is beyond me 🤣

I have one that I bought on the car boot for £15 it works and is lovely just doesn’t pick up very good from the head it isn’t blocked anywhere and the filters are spotless any help?

The high and refined quality of Shark lol 😂 not a big fan of Shark especially prices as new if they were sub £100 , but then maybe ok although very throw away for the majority.

what is the screw bit you are using called have tried everything guessing its a special bit.

Their security torx bits. Pretty common nowadays, their cheap as a set on ebay (and you need 3/4 different sizes for a shark...)

How does the quality of the latest Shark vacuums compare to the older ones like this one that you managed to fix?

The build quality seems much better, not as soft plastic and a re designed internal hose but I had a sub year old NV800 in for a non working brushroll and it had blown a cap off th board. Sadly the owner fessed up to shark first and lost the warranty (they thought it was the belt and we'll meaning and with zero damage dismantled it a bit, and told shark...)

@@beko1987 I guess Shark would have likely replaced the head for them under warranty, had they not said they'd partly taken it apart, with there being no damage to it. At least you manage to fix it for them though 😊

Bless them they do try, it's another vacuum with a quite cool form factor and some great features that just ends up being clunky, creaky and made like a toy...

Plenty of info, but must you shout with that up-wards flexion in your voice? Its like Spongebob for adults. Just calm down & talk to us like adults, we'll understand & I'd bet that your viewings will go right up.
