The Simplicity and passion of the Founder of Vold , made me emotional. As one by one Sharks were getting themselves out of the deal, the expression of helplessness that he had on his face , it was so raw and heart touching. Inspite of being from a very basic background , the way he came and presented himself , is amazing. I really wanted someone to invest in him and help him, and Aman did ! It felt so good to see Aman actually supporting someone who was in real need. Aman might not be my favorite always but he is a good person.

Aman was totally Right with those Quirksmith girls. Their sole purpose was marketing but it turned out to be negative marketing for them because of their way. Nd for me it was irritating to listen to her being poetic even while normal conversation.

🤔 After watching this episode featuring Quirksmith, I couldn't help but notice some questionable behavior. While I'm all for female empowerment and entrepreneurship, Quirksmith's pitch felt more like a feminist rally than a business presentation. Their aggressive and dark jewelry line, combined with the insistence on only hiring women, seems to promote an exclusive and divisive message. As sharks said a business' motive is survival. Their business strategy showed a different intent than to make a business, I mean unless you're empowering unfortunate women from villages, which here is neither the customer or the employee. Not taking a deal is okay, not even considering a counter to Aman's deal shows the female run company intent. Hence, toxic feminism. IMHO, the poetic lines were more irritating than inspiring. It makes me wonder if Quirksmith is more interested in marketing a particular ideology rather than creating a successful business. 👀
