Writing in a journal was the best thing I ever started in my entire life. Over 10 years ago I had a bad case of social anxiety. By writing in a journal I was able to grow so much! Now Im reading it on video and sharing it with people to inspire them that change is possible! :)

I'm not him but when I started to write a diary/journal sometimes I write to myself like if I were a third person, I was telling to myself to don't worry too much, "you're being stupid if you see a problem on that thing", "stop overthinking things" , "just be there and enjoy" or "talk to someone or just listen to people and enjoy the company". It was not easy and needed more than one try but I encouraged myself to try, I'm still improving but it is definitely better.

Install habit of Journalling because Important reasons for Journalling are: 1. Organises your thinking 1. Vague thinking leads to vague production - Clarity leads to mastery 2. Fosters hope 1. Persistence over intelligence 3. Allows you to repeat and relieve favourite experiences 1. Write about favorite happenings in emotional level on Journal 4. Imprints deliberate gratitude 1. Gratitude is a muscle 5. Process through and release low energy emotions 6. Exponential learning sustainability 1. By writing what you learnt - you increase sustainability or stickiness of what you have learnt 7. Allows you to record your remarkable life

Had to watch this 5 times before finally installing the habit and really understanding what to do. Thank you, Robin! Here are the things that I took (that weren't said) and that will help you install the habit. 1. Journaling is to write your thoughts, experiences and struggles down. It lets you think «on paper» , helping you learn and remember what you've learned or experienced. 2. I would put this habit right after the 5 a.m. ritual. 3. If you are struggling from starting to journal, look deep inside you and see what emotions are stopping you (might be embarrassment, fear or something else) and deconstruct your feelings. Ask what they are, why they are there and try to find a working solution to this problem. Journaling is a key part of an amazing life, and I hope you will give yourself a chance to have an amazing life :)

It’s 4:30 am, first day of the 2020 new year. I bought a journal about 3-4 months ago but hadn’t wrote anything down on it, except research on some daycares for my two toddlers and some planning for their past birthday celebrations. Before attempting to give journaling a shot, I wanted to look up some videos on how to start. I’m deeply grateful and more motivated than ever to begin the journaling of my experience, after watching your masterclass video. I think I got #6 down pretty good, about writing what you learned, especially after watching. Now, I at least have instructions on the first pages. Everything that you’ve shared it’s golden and beautiful. I can’t wait to start making journaling my new 2020 habit. I am grateful for watching your video. Thank you ❤️

Only ones who journal know the value of reflecting/mediating on a single idea at a very deep level. Reflecting on a single idea brings all the associations with that idea which we had not thought of earlier until Journaling. Here in this case - DECONSTRUCTING. I can relate to it though I am not regular Journal writer. Great video. The video really gets philosophical and spiritual. Thanks for insights.

Its one of life's true personal secrets that the very few do and they probably started doing it for some magical, accidental or even a traumatic event. But they did it and now are reaping the benefits. Lastly very impressed by this genuine video. For anyone who is not sure if they should journal let me tell you that it does help a lot. It does for me. Whenever I feel lost or not myself, I go back to journaling and I feel a lot better. It helps me focuse on more important things in my life. It also helps me reach my goals. I write down my goals, even if they are small and every week I try to get one goal accomplished then I right it down. Makes me feel like I am accomplishing things in my life. Just think to yourself whenever you write on your journal, some day someone will read my journal so I want to make to make this as interesting as possible. I am going to better my life so whoever is reading this will feel inspired and motivated. ❤
