I am a big fan of your teachings Robin. I get up at 4.30 am these days which was a dream for me. On the days I don't get up at that time I don't blame myself and understand that may be I needed that 1 hr need. I hear you while walking and the credit goes to you for me Completing 10K steps. Which was something I never thought I would be able to do it. I resonate with you so much I feel supported for whatever my understanding of life is. Lots of love and blessings to you and whoever reads this mesg. ❤️

100% true. I sabotage everything I start because of pain inside. I am just finishing to purify my heart to be free from pain and guilt and depression, it took almost a year. For this time I couldn't set any goals, cause I couldn't even see them because pain was taking all my energy. I just started to understand this. Your video is the proof I am going the right direction. And I agree it is a life long process. As the Bible says "only the pure hearted can see the God". It is also true that you have to allow yourself to feel the pain and go through this without blocking it. It is scary cause we don't want to feel pain but in order to go through it, end it, and heal, we have to accept it. It was a game changer for me.

Diana Snigur we all need to need accept failures, struggles and pain. Like you said, it’s a difficult thing to do, but once you do it, it’s also liberating. I’m really happy that you are a fighter and never giving up. Happy for you and I wish you all the best ❤️🙏

We are human Diana. We all carry things in our hearts that weigh us down. With humility I suggest We have to learn to forgive our previous selves for allowing such chronic issues and just look to tomorrow. We all carry torches for long dead relationships for instance. My previous self has been guilty of that..make new friendships and such dead dusty mouldy memories will reveal themselves as the dead things they are. Love from a fellow pilgrim through life.

And it is sooo true our society and traditional western paradigms of behaving and being suppress integrating our suffering. It is not to blame...but to be aware about this and decide to live differently and fully. I am very happy to see these videos and how this is reinforcing the perceptions I've been feeling in my self exploration journey.

This is legit the best episode... No "productivity guru" has ever talked about it. Most of them do seem like artificial high performance machine. I'm 16... I had just started walking on that path of being so artificial and not my true self but may god bless this generous guy who gives so much to the world... He did save me

It's great to see someone like you talking about the heartset. We live in the world of the mind and seams that professionals talking about the heartset are less evolved...When it is exactly the opposite! Thank You!

Ahhh, miracle! This is exactly what I needed to hear as I am going through it right now - did establish certain routine and the last week was not as disciplined as before. BUT I was productive in different ways! Normally I would be freaking out thinking to myself “Oh Jesus here we go again, spiraling down and I will lose the routines”, but nah, now I am so much more confident in myself that I am able and capable of doing so, that few days off cannot “destroy” me. Exactly what you were talking about - seasons! I do not always agree with everything you say, but this is another good learning curve. We do not have to resonate with anything 100%. There is always value in it. You are helping so many people. Thanks to you /well yes and MYSELF:))) / I am slowly seeing and feeling hope for my life to change. One step at the time. Much love and blessings!

Just one video of yours shows how enlightened you are. How connected you are with your own self. The hearts et you spoke about is almost dharma...
@johannaperez86495 жыл бұрын
In my experience, all empires are 25% when you have healed and balanced them. Generally, before we achieve balance in our 4 empires, our heartset drives most of our lives. Positive thinking (mindset) is like the visible part of the iceberg and the toxic heartset is the hidden part. And that indeed doesn't work as you beautifully explained.

To feel the feelings inside self sometimes can be very painful, but pain is a great fuel to push forward and succeed. Right,it takes courage to feel the feeling, i've been able to get into that level, i used to ignore and suppress the feelings i felt, therefore i wasn't allowed to heal and improve, i gradually learn to analyze my feelings and make those feelings serve me to be a better me,release the feelings i feel in positive ways to create the person i want to be, living the life i want to experience. Thanks,Robin

Hi Robin Sharma, I am beginning to follow your work and it's really hits a nerve. Thank you. It's real and it's quite beneficial. As you said mindset is only 25% of the personal mastery equation you have to really "actionize" what you want to achieve whether it's a behaviour goal or other life goals. Much blessings to you for your great work and continue to be that great human being which you are, a real beacon of light!!

Perhaps the core of Robin's message is that what you think or intend is secondary...what matters are the rituals, routines, habits and protocols one manages to pursue with consistency. Basically find out what the right habits are and then execute on them daily.

The problem with the term positive is that dont have meaning itself. The human beings need to have the things very clear to take action. You need to give it your own meaning. For example, I understand positive like all the actions that let me do the things better every day.
