Notes to be taken :- 1. 90/90/1 Rule For the next 90 days , Focus the first 90 minutes of your day on the 1 thing that will change your game. 2. Tight Bubbles of Total Focus Setup distraction free, minimalist environments. Be very hard to reach. 3. Choose your Peer group wisely Surround yourself with productive , like minded people. If you spend time with victims , you'll be a victim. 4. Learned Minimalism Fill your home with few things , Fill your goals with few projects. Focus your days on those few priorities.

Summary: 1. The 90/90/1 rule > for the next 90 days, spend the first 90 minutes of your workday on your single most game-changing opportunity 2. Install environements of tight bubbles of total focus > be very hard to reach during key times of the week > you spend 2.1 hours/day in distractions, and it takes 21 minutes to refocus > go device-free on some days 3. Choose your peer group really well > Mirror neuron system of the brain: surround yourself with high-achievers > We pick up the emotions of those around us, their inspiration and energy 4. Saurabh Shrivastava Whatever. To make it work, distractions must happen so that your mind can rest and recharge! And, people play and then work, with periods of intense concentration. They play a short time and then work longer. It's wrong if people pull up a game on their device if they let their work go. Think about it. You made a plan and devoted mure time to to work ... Then you turned it upside down!

The truth is that media want it to be real.. your focus depend on so mamy things on your childhood, metylophenidate as medicine? That's just drugi affrcting on your nervous system, everyone Has better focus on IT because that's how IT work.. that's how they earn money on society.. look how many people is diagnosed with 'adhd'... just think about it. Anyway, the best way to improve your focus is... focusing more or trying to focus at first because its really hard if you were not doing IT for most of your life (and its not your fault, its because of your enviroment and other things) ps. I was diagnosed with 'adhd' but i'm smarter than before

That was the most valuable decision in my life because it made me to step on a path that lead me to self-growth. Robin, this is powerful and your books containing a power to change people's mindsets. Very powerful even after six years. Was never consciously aware of the peer group having such as big unconscious influence. One of the reasons I left my recent job! Makes so much sense, and the best probably is to slowly move away from those in the private circle who don't support you and are of negative influence. It starts with being radically honest with oneself and taking time to reflect.

Thank you Sharma for such a high-value sharing! #1 The 90/90/1 RULE - For the next 90 days, spend the first 90 minutes of your work day on your single most game-changing opportunity. #2 Tight Bubbles of Total Focus - Install environments of Tight Bubbles of Total Focus. Be very hard to reach during key times of your week. - Research says, we spend 2.1 hours a day in distraction and it takes 21 minutes to refocus your focus after you’ve been distracted. #3 Choose your peer group very very well - The No.1 way to improve your behavior is to surround yourself with a peer group or social circle of people who are also playing at the level you wanna be playing at. - Subconciously we are modeling the behavior of the people we spend most of our time with. #4 Learned Minimalism - The secret to genius is not complexity, it’s Simplicity. - Be monomaniacally focused on being world-class at only just a few things. - Invest the Trinity of your Assets, Your Focus, your Energy, your Will Power. They will allow you to birth the art into the world, which will allow the world to call you world-class.

The single most important app that I have been using for my productivity for almost 4 years now is "Smarter Time". I have used and continue to use all kinds of productivity softwares and similar stuff, but none so religiously like smarter time. Overall, it's the second most imp. piece of software i use daily, after Google Assistant. Please use this and make a video on it if you love it cause I don't want this app to shut down as I haven't seen a lot of people using it and/or making videos on it. It really is a hidden gem in the universe of productivity (more like one of the infinity stones for productivity).

In the next 90 days spend the first 90 minutes of your work day in the “moove the nedle” tasks for 90 days. In the morning you have the more focus, energy and willpower. Your enviroment is so important. Install enviroment of tint bubbles of focusing. Be hard to reach during key times (morning). You can’t be distracted by notifications everytime it beeps. Idea: Creative day! 100% device free. He goes to a new and beautiful place and just do creative work and reflection. Learned minimalism says that the secret to genius is not complexity. It’s simplicity. Be world class and just a few things. Rather than have 50 projects, focus on 3 projects. Study, work, focus and do only a few things GOOD. Minimalism is the key to genius.
