I am dribbling right now. I guess I can mix my flour by adding other flours like oat, buckwheat and bran for a healthier bread like I do when making roti. I try to avoid all white bread but yours look amazing. Please advise.

Yes, definitely my husband don’t like when I use white flour either. Use your other kinds of flour but it might be slightly different in texture .I will make a whole wheat bread soon. Let me know how yours turn out . I am excited to hear about your results ❤️✌️💯

Hello, would this recipe work well for making 3 plait loaves? Also, would the addition of 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt have a negative impact on the dough rising? Thanks

Welcome to my channel! 3 cups of flour would give you 2 nice loaves of bread. 6 cups would give you 4 plait bread or 3 really nice size of bread. I normally use salted butter in my recipe so I would skip adding the salt. If you are using unsalted butter you can go in with 1/4 tsp of salt. A little tip for you the longer you rest your dough the better you will get a better results. Please let me know if you have further questions happy baking ✌️❤️

@@Sharmins_Kitchen Hi Sharmin. I tried the 3 cup recipe but it didn't come out great as I goofed and forgot to knead the dough! The 2 loaves came out flat. The more troubling issue is that my oven temp seems to be off, as I had to bake for more than 35 minutes for them to get some color. I guess I should use an oven thermometer. I have 1 or 2 more tries to get my bread right to go with my New Year's pepperpot.
