Ingredients
2 green bananas
2 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp roasted ground geera/cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup of grated carrot
1/2 cup of finely chopped Swiss chard
3 green onions
1/4 red onion
6 stems of cilantro
1 jalapeño pepper
1/2 hot pepper

Oil your fingers and make 3 slices down the skin makes it is easier to peel.if you peel under running water it helps

You can bake the entire mixture in a baking dish and cut it like a cake after baking it. The taste will be slightly different from the ones that are fried✌️❤️
