I just watched all Seasons in German language . First I was shocked and disappoited when Sharona left, but soon I was used to Natalie and began to appreciate her. Finally, I really like her a little bit more than Sharona. But now, for improving my English skills, I watch all the stuff again in English language and mabe I switch again :)

Sharona was so great she was replaced after 2.5 season's with the super attractive sweet Natalie's 5.5 season's.

When I watch an episode with Sharona, I think she's the best. When I watch an episode with Natalie, I think she's the best. When I watch the episodes at the very end with both of them, I wonder how the heck Sharona could end up with Disher. And when I watch the episode about Mr. Monk and the Quiz Show (w/Trudy's father), I have no preference at all.

Although Sharone is the best my favourite is Natalie because she always nice, gentle and sensitive. Sharona is too tough for my taste Ha ha ha ha! So I will hire Natalie for my assistant.

The both had teally different personalities and character profiles I feel the crew favored Sharona but I really liked natalie. She really cared for monk.

Natalie is my favorite because she acts like she supposed to while sharona is too blunt to her boss. She is supposed to do as he ask sometimes monk can be difficult but that's part of the job

I like both though I feel charmed by Natalie's way of knuckling under Monk's caprice. I appreciate the way Natalie respects Monk better. Sharona was a bit too blunt

I loooove both of them for very different reasons but I truly believe Natalie is a better match for Monk. She pushes him out of his comfort zone and helps him grow sooo much while still supporting him no matter what. 🥺❤️
