Hi, I have a problem with NST. I did all initial config as expected. But EVERY time I restart the computer, NST starts with a message "you don't have a specific profile, click yes to configure the user specific default profile or click no to exit network scanner service". If I click yes, I have to repeat all config steps again. If I click no, ftpserver exits and I cannos send scanned documents to the pc. I already uninstalled, reinstalled, tried other computers and this annoying behavior repeats every time. Also I notived that in the web interface of MX-2310U there is no option called "Set as Default Profile" as it shows in the bottom of your video at 5:35. Can you give any clue how to solve this? thanks

Hi, can I ask what is the problem when I use device name instead of ip address but it won't work, it will work when I use ip address

Hi.. Could be a dns issue ? Best to check those settings first.. Your Pc and the MFP
