So for the haircut scissors you don’t need that expensive equipment? That round disk that spins on the machine. Clipper sharpener

Two separate pieces of equipment. I personally am trying to find a work around for the clippers blades. Since they are lightly convex. I personally think that machine is overrated and am trying to make a 4x36 have the same convex with a spacer under the belt. But that will be down the road. The cost for work on clipper blades is not very profitable. As for hair cutting scissors. The inside ridleine is what you do on the flat stone. And then I freehand the bevels. They do have specific machines for hair cutting scissors as well. But I like to make things. So I have a 1x30 with a 6 inch disc sander on the other side that will make that process a lot smoother! You can freehand scissors. It’s just a lot more difficult.
