Not sure if anything has changed, but according to the project thread, Supertiles are a Premium feature and won't work with the free version unless it's in the trial period.

@@higorchavess I’ve looked at SmartThings 3-D map on the iPhone, but find it a bit quirky. It might be easier to use on android devices. I would like to see them release it on the web app. It’d be much easier to navigate and set up.
