Shatter Glass in Maya 2019

Hi Creators,
Another subscriber request! In this video tutorial, we cover how to shatter glass in Maya 2019. We will be using dynamics to create the shatter, and we will also add rigid bodies to watch it fall.
It's pretty incredible what can be created in Maya dynamics, so let's get started!

Nice tutorial. Do you know if there is away to re-shatter the pieces without assigning a new material(like blinn) to it? I should like to break some of the pieces into smaller pieces without a plugin or do the ugly workarond.

if half part of object is glass and half is other meterial like plastic or rubber etc, plastic should not break and glass should break. How to do that ?

can you please make a tutorial the same video for Batch Rendering using Arnold, i used Batch Render but Outputs are little darker compared to the output in Arnold Renderview

Hi there, I usually use Render Sequence... Batch render is for Renderfarm licenses. Is that what you mean? I just want to make sure. :)

How are you Monica.. i was wondering if you could creat vedio about how render small design filme on maya 2019 . Because when i render my design on maya by arnold i had 15 mintus for one fram . If filme has 500 fram maybe finsh render after some days . I need explain about easy way to render design animation on maya 2019 by arnold engine .🌹

hey, thanks for your tutorial, I still do have an error everytime i'm trying to create shatter. Deleting the history wont help, even though that's what it tells me to do. Is there any other issue which causes that?
