One thing I think you overlooked that's kinda cool. If you take note of where Yone and Yasuo have their last fight, it's a totally barren version of the previously wheat filled scene from Yasuo's younger days, kind of a way to show "the loss of Ionia", which also plays into the line you liked "your honour stains the lands", Yone couldn't prevent war from turning this previously life filled place into a barren land.

Ive noticed that at least twice in the Yone does this almost “turn the other cheek” like gesture when confronting Yasuo. I don’t know if it was on purpose but it really stands out to me as a mannerism of his.

Towards the end, 'the little stabbing motion' isn't an ability sadly, would've been pretty cool though if it was. I'd say his most badass line out of the cinematic and the game was the stabbing motion, "Kuro'sagol!" which is the name of the Azakana (demon) he seals in a mask.

Every single attack Yone made was part of his moveset in league. Yasuo also follows this rule after yone shows up to kill the Azakana.

Well that thing yone has is just an azakana (the lowest level in the demons evolutive line) Imagine what swain can do with the demon that is for now the strongest if we dont count with the 10 primordial demons XD Also, consider yone is partially posssesed by his azakana, so he hasnt got the full potential of his powers... Swain on the other side has the full control over Raum, and riot confirmed long ago that even with his ultimate, we still dont know more than a minimal fraction of its capacity XD Think about swain could potentially win against the 80% of characters of lore without even fighting direcly.
