3 Sets of 6-8 Reps
EXERCISE 2:
EZ Bar Standing Curl
3 Sets of 6-8 Reps
EXERCISE 3:
Superset: Seated Rows & Standing Hammer Dumbbell Curls
3 Supersets of 8-10 Reps
EXERCISE 4:
Superset: Wide Grip Pulldowns & Preacher Curls
2 Supersets of 12-15 Reps
