Sir..on which side should we get up from the shavasana right or left ? Many Yoga instructors suggests from left side se should get up and some says we should get up from our right side..what is your point of view on that ? Please explain. Regards!

Sir anxiety me chest me halka dard hota h aur kabhi kabhi dard khatam ho jata kya ye normal h fir se dard hone lagta h kya ye sirf anxiety se hota h istrah please reply
