I just found out that this can help with your skin care and makeup routine and that you save so much money just doing it by yourself. Your vid hands down so far is the most straightforward, inclusive (products you typically have around your place or can easily get), and the oil trick is what I think I have not seen in many vids. They keep using other stuff like exfoliators or nothing at all (😬) that I think my below basic skills and knowledge will not feel comfortable pairing with doing a very sensitive skin treatment.

@yolandarobertson62024 жыл бұрын
Amamah Stone that’s a common misconception, your hair does not grow back thicker from cutting it off. It’s a Myth. By shaving you’re not altering the root at all. New hair growth is stubbly until it reaches a certain length, but it’s the same hair as before.
@empresslee87644 жыл бұрын
@@yolandarobertson6202 i disagree. I have seen it happen to me even my face. The hair was faint but long. I got rid of it an it keep growing back so course i regret it
@yolandarobertson62024 жыл бұрын
@@empresslee8764 you may perceive it that way, but it's a fact that it does not actually grow back thicker. A hair is tapered at the end and fatter closer to the skin. When you slice off the top the shaft reemerges and for a short time appears more coarse since you're seeing just the thickest part of it growing out. Science shows that it isn't growing back thicker. It's unfortunate that illinformed people keep perpetuating this myth, even though it's easy to get real information these days.

@mirandabates81163 жыл бұрын
This may sound crazy, but try sugar waxing them. When you shave, your only cutting part of the hair, and the reason it looks thicker is because the part of the hair that's under the skin is actually thicker, but with sugar waxing it pulls the hair out straight from the follicle, so IF it does grow back, it will be thinner since the whole hair has to grow back.

Thank you & Dermaplaning might not be for you, I would try waxing or nair specifically for the face and see if you get any better results :(

I’ve been wanting to try this, but I’m afraid of how the hair will grow back because I take MSM and it makes my hair grow really fast. What suggestions do you have for me about shaving?
@abijahxo4 жыл бұрын
The hair on your face usually doesn’t grow back thicker when shaving so I’m thinking it wouldn’t be a problem. The only thing is you might have to shave more often. I shave my face once, maybe twice a month, you might have to do it more because of the MSM.

Jacasia Nakee how do you take your msm? I just purchased it, but I can’t do a smoothie with it

Jacasia Nakee girls should not shave their face I’m sure your skin is beautiful. Plus why risk getting razor bumps ingrown hairs. Also keep in mind it WILL grow back thicker. 😬 those youtubers are just making their money they are not experts. Don’t do everything the come out with.

I wanna do this but scared of breaking out in pimples 😣

I haven’t tried yet, but exfoliating this way is supposed to help prevent pimples! I would recommend using a different non-comedogenic oil instead of olive oil if you’re afraid of pimples, though. Try jojoba oil!
