I got alot of help from this episode today guys thanks.as our hometown origional shop owner died today way to young and most of the people in this town wouldnt have continued to sk8 without that shop and his influence. And ive been dealing with injurys myself and i needed to hear his the message to take more time to heal and glad i jumped and stayed on the health train 4 years ago and sayed/staying on because it more than pays off.80/20 no need to be 100% healthy unless dealing with seriouse issues.

BTW this is the first time I've ever heard a slipper called a slide. I got curious and found this: The slide is a type of sandal, but not all sandals are slides. The more you know!
