I saw them live when I was 14. They were supporting Bon Jovi at the Milton Keynes bowl in the UK. The line up was Skid Row (their 1st ever European gig), Vixen, Europe & Bon Jovi.

Yes this should be your themesong! I`m from Sweden, at the millenium shift, new years eve 1999, Europe perfomed "Final Countdown" on an island in the middle of Stockholm right before midnight. Millions of people were watching from across the water. It was the most epic countdown ever!!
