This song was composed soon after they won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2021, becoming known worldwide. During the competition the lead singer was accused of having taken drugs (he then did a test proving them wrong) so they talk about all the hate they received ('spit your love on me' can be read not just sexually, but like 'come on, do what you want, hate me or whatever, I can take it) and mock all kinds of stereotypes (drugs, alcohol, the Italian macho, the rockstar, etc.) with Tarantino's and the 70's vibes. After all it was released soon before Halloween! The real thing is that they're are a tight-knit band without a diva and very close friends.
