My Self Reliance ,,, at 2:48 there is a bird singing. I always think of Ontario when I hear that bird call. I live near San Diego and since about 2012 , in the spring, there are a couple of those birds in this area. They are far far from home and probably got blown in here by some storm. Or, so I have been told. I could sit and listen to that call for hours... brings back good memories. Thanks for your channel!

man it is hard to beat the good old traditional Canadian shore lunch. Taters onions garlic and eyes is a hard meal to beat. I like to salt, pepper, garlic and lightly flour my walleye then wrap in bacon then fry or bake. Great video! I will try some of your recipes. Thanks for the tip.

Love those Loons. For many, many years we would camp over on Moose Head Lake, Maine (gosh, going on 25+ years ago now), and the Loons crooning at sunset was the absolute best!

Reminds me of our family trips to Callendar, Ont. We would fish daily in Lake Nippising . The favorite dinner I made for my dad and brother was baked walleye with apples. They requested it 3x that week.

Your bread is very similar to Indian fry bread! That meal looks fantastic! I remember fishing for Walleye on Lake Erie years back ! Best tasting fish in my opinion! Great video !
